Community Sound Bath

Narda, Nadia, and Brenda will provide a Sound bath that includes Tibetan singing bowls, native drums, and flute. Participants will experience relaxation and calmness. Participants are encouraged and should plan to bring to bring their own mat, water, and comfortable clothing.
