Power in Policy: Supporting Survivor’s Through Legislation

The purpose of this presentation is to speak on current laws/ policies in place that relate to SV. The following questions are to be answered: Who do these policies benefit? Who do these policies negatively impact? What can we do as a community to take action? How are survivor’s impacted by our current legislation? How can survivor’s best be supported with said impact? What would laws need to look like in order to create a world without violence?
