Internal Racial Justice Discussion -Race and Violence

YWCA Mclean staff and interns will participate in an interactive presentation and facilitated discussion to examine the ways that race impacts the discrimination that survivors face when they come forward. Staff will be provided with an opportunity to reflect on the ways that racism and limited language access shape not only survivors’ lives but the communities around them.
